ABOUT THE HOTEL
Where do we start with this fascinating and intimate boutique resort where food, nature and attention-to-detail whisper warmly in your ear at every moment?
For a start, Chef Roellinger has been awarded three Michelin-stars and Les Maisons de Bricourt is his and his wife’s tribute to fine food, the sea and the cosiest of comforts.
The estate is spread out over various nearby locations and you can choose from no less than 13 beautiful bedrooms at Chateaux Richeux, three cottages and five Gites (sleeping between 2 and 8 people), five bedrooms at Ferme du Vent each with their own dining room where gourmet dishes are delivered and served by a Chef and four bedrooms at Les Rimains overlooking the bay Cancale. Each one is wonderful and we’ve had clients try a different location every year.
The main restaurant is surprisingly low-key but that lets the food shout out its flavours even louder. And what flavours they are! If you love seafood, you’ll know that Cancale is the most famous port for Oysters and Chef and his team serve an amazing feast.
Maisons de Bricout is 30 minutes from Saint Malo and the golf courses of Les Ormes, Saint Malo and Dinard. It’s a destination for getting back in touch with nature, touring the dramatic coastline and playing a little bit of golf. Book early as it’s deservedly popular.
