Very carefully! We know you have a choice of how you book your holidays and we work very hard to ensure you are happy with our service and your holiday. You can have one contact from A to Z or, if you prefer, several of our colleagues can work on your behalf. We believe in keeping our clients updated and providing a positive solution if an obstacle arises.We encourage clients to return their Holiday Questionnaires and every one is studied and helps to improve our holidays. Past Clients receive a thrice-yearly copy of the Gimme – a magazine crammed with the latest destination reports and exclusive special offers. We also have a thank you scheme for clients who holiday with us most often, recommend some of their friends and/or spend the most money! The first level is where we will send you, for example, a personalised book on the history of golf. The second level is where clients merit golf memorabilia such as an antique putter. The highest level is where our clients are invited to a VIP Client Golf Day – these have included Stoke Park, East Sussex National, Prince’s and special sponsor days at the English Amateur Trophy.
